The Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo on Sunday in Abuja met behind closed doors with President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo.
The meeting, which took place at the Aguda House, Presidential Villa, Abuja, lasted for more than an hour.
Details of the meeting were not made immediately known to journalists.
However, a Senior Protocol Officer attached to the Office of the Acting President said that the Ghanaian President was on a private visit to Nigeria.
It would be recalled that Akufo-Addo first visited Nigeria on December 19, 2016, where he met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
